The AIM-IN Summit showroom floor is an experiential, high-energy environment dedicated entirely to live technology and active physical engagement.

• Active Demonstration Required: Complimentary booth spaces are strictly reserved for vendors who bring physical assets—such as hardware platforms, automated data racks, vehicles, or functional robotics—to interact directly with our audience.

• No Paper-Only Booths: If your organization only intends to hand out printed flyers, brochures, or static marketing materials, please do not register for a booth space. You are highly encouraged to attend the summit as general guests to network, but booth spaces will not be allocated for static displays.

• Limited Availability: Space is heavily restricted to accommodate large-scale, interactive setups. Booths are available on a strict first-come, first-served basis.
